By default we work in a sandbox and hand you a tested, deployable package — We don't need production access. Deploying it onward to QA/UAT or production is optional and only happens if you ask us to, as a separately-quoted add-on.
Built and tested in a developer sandbox — including Apex test classes — and delivered as a deployable package (change set / metadata) with instructions, ready for your team to deploy. Requires a user in one sandbox only.
If you'd rather we deploy to your QA/UAT sandbox and run the test cycles with you, we can — with temporary access to that sandbox. Optional, and quoted on top.
Most teams deploy the package themselves; if you'd prefer we run the production release, that needs temporary, limited deploy access for the release only. Optional, quoted on top.
Access we'll need (least-privilege): by default, a user in a single sandbox to build and test — no production access required. We deliver a tested package and your team deploys it. Only if you ask us to perform a QA/UAT or production deployment do you grant temporary, limited access for that step, and it's quoted separately. Additional access may be needed only where scope or complexity genuinely requires it, and we'll tell you in advance. Your data stays in your environment; full details are in the Terms.
